Recently we went on a weekend trip and stayed in The Byke Grassfield- Jaipur. This is one of the only remium and luxury resort in Jaipur. The staff is very humble and property is very very huge. From pool to garden to good restaurant, they have everything 🙂

The Byke Grassfield is the only Resort located in the heart of the Pink City. The resort’s location makes it very convenient for the guest to visit most of the tourist destinations which are very close by. Being in the city limit also allows the resort to offer all the modern day facilities to each and every visiting guest. Resort is just 5.5 km away from Railway Station, it promises a luxurious stay. Beautifully furnished 54 rooms at the hotel provides modern conveniences.

Staycation at Phuvaree Resort, Phuket

The toughest part in planning an abroad trip is the accommodation as we all know how crucial part our accommodation or stay plays during any of our trips , whether short or long, hills or beaches , desert or forest etc all we need a comfortable stay for rest .

I visited phuket earlier this month and stayed at property called Phuvaree Resort and believe me guys i was stunned by the beauty of this resort . The resort is huge in space with some great clean and comfortable rooms . I was welcomed in a very warm way by some well mannered staff and a great refreshing welcome drink .

The swimming pool of this resort was the highlight for sure as it offers crystal clear water for some great refreshing time .

The property is located nearby to the evergreen bangla market i.e WALKING STREET OF PHUKET and you can go with your legs if weather permits (during my time it was very hot and humid so i preferred tuk tuk) .

The rooms here are good in space and offers a lot like a balcony , almirah with safe , a clean wash room and obviously a comfy bed with 24 hrs helpline phone . The interiors of the room were eye catching and everything was best as it can get . The room service was super quick and withing minutes of call someone was there at the assistance .

The resort also offer a stunning poolside restaurant CHOMVAREE for some great food and drinks with an awesome view . The breakfast also being served here and a huge variety was there to eat from and everything was fresh and delicous .

A gym was also there for the fitness freaks (though i am not the one) with a loads of exercise machines and equipment and a trainer .

The resort has also maintained the natural greenery with perfection and it seriously looks great .

I would the staff , the management and everyone who is working in this resort is giving his/her 100 percent as i have not experienced anything weird in my 2 nights stay . The cost per night is very reasonable say around INR 4500 with breakfast . Most of the staff understands English which is also a plus point .

The lady at the reception was so helpful in planning our outings in PHUKET and once she even arranged a taxi for us without any hesitation.


I would give full marks to everything here and everyone who is taking care of the property and the customers.

Our Food Trail At Pacific Mall

Delhi winters are the perfect excuse to indulge in your favorite foods. Yes, your body braving the chilly winds really needs a steaming hot plate of jalebi with rabri. It’s not a guilty pleasure; it’s a dietary supplement.

It’s also a good time to go out and explore some new places. A few weeks ago, I headed out to Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden with fellow food bloggers. If you live in Delhi, it’s a great place to shop and eat. This place packs in 35 options for food! From authentic Punjabi flavors to experimental continental, there’s a lot to choose from when you are in the mood to indulge your taste buds. Sounds like a foodie’s paradise, right? It is probably the only place in Delhi that offers so much variety in great food.  

Though we were previously familiar with the numerous food options at Pacific Mall, it wasn’t until recently that we got a taste of the diverse offerings. The occasion was an exclusive food walk and cookout with celebrity food blogger Kunal Vijaykar who had flown in from Mumbai. I have followed him on television for a long time and was looking forward to seeing him in person. I don’t think there’s anyone else who comes close to talking about food in such a witty manner. He is so effortlessly hilarious!

We got to see some of his charming wit during our food walk at Pacific Mall. We also had a chance to see the chefs in action. It’s always good to get a peek into everything that goes into making a tantalizing dish.

Here’s an overview of the places at the mall where we got to try some lovely food:


  • The Punjab Grill


The Punjab Grill presents a fine dining experience right in the middle of a bustling Pacific Mall. We got to taste champ tajdar, tandoori murg and paneer tikka. It felt like we had authentic Punjabi flavors after a really long time. The service was prompt and the ambience was very soothing. It’s the perfect dining destination for a mellow evening with your loved ones.


  • Castle’s Barbeque


Dining here truly felt like dining at a medieval castle. We loved the play of lights and shadows at Castle’s Barbeque as well as the variety of flavors. Make the most of the live grill and don’t miss the variety of desserts here.

Must Try Dishes-

Kalmi Kabab – The texture of the kebabs is right on point here.

Dal Makhani- The dish had a rich taste, thanks to the extensive simmering and use of mixed spices.  


  • Café Delhi Heights


Located on the second floor of the mall, Cafe Delhi Heights has a really cool vibe. We couldn’t get enough of the unique mix of flavors here. We tried the pan fried noodles and grilled chicken breast; we loved them both. The décor and ambience of this place is perfect for a casual outing with your friends.


  • The Beer café


This chain has been our favorite for a long time. We tried this outlet for the first time and the Shahajahani mutton seekh kebab won our hearts. The bhuna chaat also presented an explosion of flavors.


  • Chili’s


If you love American and Mexican food, you are possibly already familiar with Chili’s. The chain has a popular outlet at Pacific Mall. We looked forward to trying the Mexican food and savored the strong flavors in the quesadillas and fajitas. Just loved them! Though there are a variety of other flavors on offer, the spices and herbs really got our attention.  


  • Biryani Blues


The widely-acclaimed biryani specialists served us a treat in a handi. The taste left us wondering about how Biryani Blues had cracked the code for the amazing biryani and kebabs. This joint gave us the best Hyderabadi biryani experience in Delhi.


  • Jamie Oliver’s Italian


It’s hard to resist the aroma of a freshly baked pizza and Italian herbs, right? At Pacific Mall, Jamie Oliver’s is the place to enjoy the finest Italian flavors. The vintage décor and lighting make for a very unique experience. We devoured the Porcini Penne with mixed mushrooms and the margherita pizza with mozzarella cheese. To finish off, we had the cheesecake. A hearty meal with very fine flavors!

Have you ever tried to make coconut laddoo? If not, you can check out this simple and quick recipe mentioned below. I prepared this instantly using Maharaja White line Power click + Mixer Grinder. This product is a perfect combo of performance and safety.

Now coming to the recipe of Coconut Laddoo. Coconut laddoo is my all time favorite

It is prepared with freshly grated coconut and jaggery.


  • Jaggery-1 3/4 cups
  • Fresh coconut grated-3 cups (grinded using  Maharaja White line Power click + Mixer Grinder)
  • Cardamom powder-1/2 teaspoon
  • Water-1/4 cup
  • Ghee-1 tbsp


  1. Take a thick bottomed kadhai and add jaggery.
  2. Add quarter cup water and mix it well.
  3. Bring the syrup to a boil.
  4. Add cardamom powder.
  5. Add grated fresh coconut & keep stirring it continuously until you get the desired consistency.
  6. Let the mixture cool down.
  7. Apply ghee/clarified butter to your palms.
  8. Take equal portions of the mixture and make round shaped laddoos. Enjoy:)
